RV Park Manager
At RV Park Management our goal is to provide outstanding RV park management support and services, assist park proprietors, implement solid solutions, and create an ownership experience for RV park owners. We strive to grow parks and provide a high level of satisfaction for owners, employees, and guests.
RVPM is looking for an RV Park Manager who will be critical to guest satisfaction and the overall positive and memorable environment at RVPM parks. This person will be responsible for executing the park’s management processes and systems and work alongside the entire RV Park Team to improve and smoothly operate the park. They will delegate all tasks to ensure completion on improvements to the park and work closely with the Director of Park Operations grow revenue and manage expenses. This full-time role is responsible for overall guest satisfaction and park profitability by managing guest services, coordinating with the maintenance team, reporting to management, and executing the overall strategy of the park. This person will contribute ideas, solutions, and experience that will grow parks, improve guest experiences, and help us enhance the RV Park industry as a whole.
You’ll get to:
- Represent RVPM in a positive manner to clients and staff and be the critical ambassador for all guest services and employee facilitation.
- Delegate tasks to park team to ensure park is operating smoothly. Provide employees with autonomy while ensuring the job is completed to a high standard.
- Resolve guest issues concerns in a professional manner and escalate to park management when necessary.
- Implement improvement and strategic plans.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to include park happenings, employee details, and any other pertinent information with regards to running the park smoothly.
- Manage park store sales by procuring inventory and managing inventory and cash sheets.
- Complete reservations and monitor online bookings
- Train and manage support staff.
- Maintain and improve the appearance of the park.
- Maintain a proactive stance on the safety and operations of the park and communicate this to the Park Staff.
- Effectively communicate with Management team, Maintenance Manager, and guests.
You’ll definitely need:
- 2 or more years of experience in managing RV Parks or similar management experience as well as experience managing staff.
- 3 or more experience in customer service with experience in managing guest experiences.
- Computer literacy and experience in reservation software.
- Resiliency and excellent problem-solving skills.
- An ambitious and detail-orientated approach.
