Assists the staff with development and or implementation of nursing process such as admission assessment, discharge plans and patient teaching,
Delegates and prioritizes work assignments according to the individual associates competence and patient care needs
Demonstrates a fiscal responsibility in managing resources, staff and supplies,
Follows established guidelines for staffing & scheduling policies, as related to daily staffing, OT, budgetary justification,
