Summary of Job Function:
Assists Supervisor in maintaining a high quality standard by keeping him/her informed on the condition of all assigned areas including daily inspections and by training, supervising and motivating the environmental service personnel to be sure all schedules are completed. In addition the Coordinator assists in evaluating departmental services and systems such as Etranix and Evivex programs as well a training programs and records associated with staff education and any other Support services functions as directed by department management. Makes recommendations regarding the ongoing performance evaluation of supervised staff and resulting actions (i.e. reward, discipline, discharge, etc.). |
Job Qualifications:
High School or equivalent required College Degree preferred. After training, must be able to demonstrate the correct use of Computer based programs as assigned. Ability to read and understand minimal English required due to Regulatory compliance. |
