- JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for leading, implementing, measuring and directing all supply distribution activities within the facility, Manages inventory levels and product demand to determine re-order levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory cost. Facilitates and expedites the flow of materials to and from various departments within the medical center. Inspects goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match the Purchase Order specifications. Operates a forklift, Hi-Lo and pallet jack to stack and retrieve supplies and materials.
- Educational Skills Required (Degree(s), Certification(s), License, etc.)
- High School Diploma or two years college preferred. Valid N.J. Driver's License preferred.
- Work Experience Required
- Must be computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel and PeopleSoft (will train). Experience with hospital Materials Information System. Must be able to read, write and understand English language. Bi-Lingual a plus. Excellent Customer Service skill
