Job Purpose
Working as a Language Specialist on behalf of our Polish Language office which is based in Bydgoszcz, you will have the opportunity to act as Lead Translator for one or several accounts and to support the development of your fellow translation colleagues.

RWS Division:
Language Services - recognized as the world’s largest Language Service Provider – helps customers to create, translate, and deliver content across 250 languages. Our global team of linguists, project managers, subject matter experts and localization professionals work closely with customers to ensure their communications and multilingual content is compelling, accurate and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Translation and review of specialist texts (from the Life Sciences sector) with CAT tools (especially SDL Trados Studio)
- Post-editing of machine translated texts
- Layout check of translated documents
- Quality and terminology management
- Independent coordination and administration of translation projects
- Close cooperation with project managers and freelance translators
- Assistance with mentoring our interns or junior translators
Skills & Experience
- Professional reviewer from English-Polish in the field of Lifesciences
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- CAT & Office tools experience
- A team player and enjoy working in an international environment.
- Organizational talent and communication skills
