Role will be performed on-site
As an Analyst, Pricing at RXO, you'll have both analytical and project management responsibilities. You'll be responsible for working across departments to secure and analyze data in order to recommendation effective pricing strategies.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead Bid Preparation and Data Collection
- Source Carriers and Negotiated Pricing (Less-Than-Truckload mode)
- Manage Contract Loading to RXO TMS
- Prepare and Analyze Freight Spend Studies
- Maintain and Update Carrier Contract Database
- Mentors Junior Level Roles
- Trains Newly Hired Employees
What you'll need to excel:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of Pricing and/or Analytics Experience
- Fluency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Access, Word, and Excel
It'd be great if you also have:
- Experience with Mercury Gate or other LTL pricing contract management systems highly desirable
- Ability to provide timely and professional support to all internal/external customers and vendors
- Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources
- Ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops/recommends/implements solutions
