What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Manager position at RxSafe?
This is a home and office-based split position with travel pharmacies and health care organizations . This position involves the supervision of Implementation Specialists and overseeing the project management of customer product installs and training. Support and internal training are provided to Implementation Specialists through hands-on training, tool / solution creation, and web trainings for internal and external usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform implementation tasks to ensure timely Go-Lives to customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, lead, and develop Implementation Specialist team and responsible for formal performance evaluations.
- Train customers in hardware and software usage.
- Develop and enhance “train the trainer” materials, tracking documentation and performance review feedback.
- Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.
- Communicate and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the strategic annual plan so that each Implementation team member is aware of expectations and deliverables.
- Provide product expertise within the Implementation Team and lead team capabilities to respond to customer queries.
- Fully define and track the processes/procedures/controls relevant to team activities.
- Lead continuous improvement activities within the team.
- Provide a positive customer interaction developing relationships at all levels, from Key Stakeholders to Pharmacy Technicians.
- Demonstrated expertise of clinical and technical processes.
- Excellent and thorough competency in product implementation methods.
- Able to gather customer requirements, practices, design concepts and provide best practices and procedure consulting.
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization as appropriate.
- Establish collaborative working relationships with cross functional team members.
Desired Skills, Attributes and Requirements:
- CPhT certification, experience with pharmacy automation and BA/BS preferred.
- 5 years in pharmacy, (retail independent pharmacy experience preferred), with pharmacy automation.
- 1-3 years supervisory or leadership experience. Experience working with pharmacy automation equipment.
- Ability to travel and remain on site with customers as part of regular work duties.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Training skills knowledge and abilities.
- Behavioral interview skills.
- Proven strong writing skills that convey a clear and concise message.
- Proven ability to conduct interface testing and a strong understanding of technical concepts, networking principals and databases.

Salary : $77,000 - $90,000
