UAT/ QA Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY:
The UAT/QA Analyst role is responsible for all aspects of user acceptance testing and the quality assurance lifecycle pertaining to the Health Care industry. This includes end to end accountability to test the quality of the digital user experience through visual inspection and functional testing against established UX guidelines, comps and copy validation. This position requires the ability to create manual and automated test cases, execute test scripts and participate in defect remediation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The UAT/QA Analyst is accountable for the following areas within the RxSense Operating Model:
- Understanding Business and Functional Requirements
- Development of test plans and test scripts based on requirement specifications
- Test plan implementation and script execution
- Defect tracking/remediation
- Automated testing development and coordination
- Participation in requirement sessions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must be a quick learner

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred areas of study: Computer Science, Information Technology Systems, Business disciplines or a closely related field/applicable work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years UAT testing/QA experience
- Preferred:
- Background in Pharmaceutical Business Management or Health Care Systems
- Automated testing experience
- 1-2 years of Agile experience
