Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify relevant features and variables.
- Develop and implement statistical models to predict future trends, customer behavior, and other business metrics.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling, classification, and clustering.
- Evaluate and fine-tune models to ensure optimal performance.
- Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis and modeling.
- Address missing data and outliers to ensure data quality.
- Create compelling data visualizations to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or custom visualization libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Master’s or PH.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and implementing machine learning models in a business context.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
