Summary
Under the responsibility of the Finance Manager, the Financial Specialist is responsible for preparing and processing invoices, financial documents and reports, tracking, entering data, and reconciling errors.

Essential Functions
- Prepare/Audit invoice data for accuracy and timely invoicing processing
- Provide timely, relevant and accurate weekly financial and accounting reporting.
- Process transactions using financial systems, journals, queries as well as reporting tools and analytical methods to monitor and reconcile transactions.
- Assist the Manager during month-end closure to ensure accurate and timely information
- Assist in the production and preparation of financial statements, spreadsheets, reports and correspondence during month-end closure
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between account transactions and account balances.
- Review and prepare regular deferred revenue, accounts receivable and other balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review accounts payable sub-ledger entries and accruals information.
- Assist with budget planning including forecasting and analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, accounting or related field
- Three (3) years or more in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience required
Travel
- 1-2 times a year
Applicants from California, Colorado, Connecticut, New York City & Washington:
Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market
data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or
certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $50K to $60K.
