Summary
The Senior SEM Analyst manages the implementation, tracking and optimization of Ryder's SEM and Social Media advertising campaigns. Create measurement dashboards to analyze campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations to help lower the cost per lead/acquisition. Responsible for the generation of leads across multiple business divisions with tight cost per lead goals.

Essential Functions
- Implement and manage SEM and social media prospecting and retargeting campaigns with proper tracking codes and parameters through leading bidding platforms (Adwords, GDN, Bing, Genesis, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Universal Apps Campaigns, etc.)
- Collect data and provide analysis to monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization adjustments. Aggregate performance data from each bidding platform and create reporting dashboards to facilitate the monitoring of campaign performance. Bi-Weekly Reporting Call with stakeholders – Run Google Data Studio Report Update & Provide Insights – prepare report and insights in advance. Provide an update on performance. Conversion Analysis Report – Run analysis against campaign performance and accounts created.
- Based on a deep analysis of the data and analytics including quality scores, automated bid strategies and ad group relevancy, makes recommendations and/or makes appropriate adjustments and proposes improvements that will increase campaign performance
- Adjust bids and establish spending limits across platforms for each campaign to manage the SEM and social media advertising budget. Manage Paid Search & Display – Check daily budgets, leads, and adjust spend if needed. Process Google and Bing invoices and provide Finance accruals.
- Test new ads, landing pages and tactics on an ongoing basis to improve overall campaign conversion

- Constant improvements of ad copy, targeting, ad extensions, sitelinks, etc

Skills and Abilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence software Tableau a plus intermediate preferred
- Candidate must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills advanced required
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media advertising campaigns advanced required
- Great track record of leveraging retargeting advertising to increase campaign performances advanced required
- Experience leading the creation and optimization of paid search landing pages advanced required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required Marketing, Finance or related field
- Five (5) years or more Executing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns required
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence software Tableau a plus intermediate preferred
- Candidate must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills advanced required
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media advertising campaigns advanced required
- Great track record of leveraging retargeting advertising to increase campaign performances advanced required

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market
data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or
certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $65K to $85K
