Tracy, CA!
The Case Picker is responsible to efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
About the position:

Consistent Weekly Pay: $19.50/hour
- PLUS shift premiums/ incentives:
- Weekend Premium- Additional $0.75/hour
- Case Pick production Incentive: $2.00 - $6.00/hour
- Attendance Incentive
- PLUS shift premiums/ incentives:

Schedule: 5 days (consistent 40 hours)
- Saturday & Sunday: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
- 3 Weekdays: 4:00 am - 12:30 pm
- Work 8-10 hours per day or as business needs require

Requirements:
- Double pallet jack / electric pallet jack experience REQUIRED
- Case Picking Experience Required at least 6 months exp.
- Warehouse Experience Required
- WMS Systems Knowledge preferred
- Motivated & Dependable
- Other requirements: Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Must have adequate math skills
- Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
- Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Responsibilities:
- Picking product and case pick.
- Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
- Safely operate material handling equipment.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
