We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in North Aurora, IL!
*MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH*
Plan and schedule all warehousing activities including put away, storage of returned goods, cyclecounting, and communicate productivity expectations to management teams to ensure customerrequirements are met. This position has a high interaction with all other supervisors and managers inthe areas of Inventory, Customer Service, and Warehousing. Performs other duties as assigned by theWarehouse Manager.
Shift hours: Monday-Friday
5:00pm-1:30am

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience will be considered
- Three (3) years or more experience Warehouse Receiving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to:
- Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Work independently and as a member of a team
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- User knowledge of SAP (advanced level)
- User lever knowledge of Windows and MS Office (advanced level)
- Safety Sensitive Position - Non-Regulated Tech
Responsibilities
- Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals. Complete Human Resources paper work and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables. Coordinate with Logistics Manager for appropriate staffing levels
- Direct staff in the development, analysis and performance of job task. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems
- Conduct interviews, hire new staff and provide employee orientation. Coach and provide career development advice to staff
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations. Schedule and conduct staff meetings to include attending LM meetings and monthly review meetings with the SLM
- Ensure the safety and welfare of the staff, this includes OSHA training, forklift training, MAZ Mat training, etc
- Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis
- Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews
- Communicate with other Supervisors and Managers
- Serve on committees and teams as department representative
- Perform other duties as assigned
