Lead Auditor

Ryobi is looking to ad an experience quality professional to our Quality Systems team as an Auditor. Our Auditors develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance: with the requirements of customer/industry recognized standards and in cooperation with management and associates of RDC.

What Will You Do?

1. Plan, implement, maintain and report results of internal audits of manufacturing processes/ products via Control Plan and report findings to Executive Management
2. Submission of PPAP package per Customer Specific Requirements.
3. Maintain APQP documentation master file
4. Actively participate in the Complain! Management procedures/processes in order to achieve organizational goals.
5. Actively participate in the development, generation, implementation, and continual improvement of the organization's Quality Management System. Facilitate Quality Focus Training initiative.
6. Actively participate in the development of manufacturing process/product documentation as cross-functional team member in Advanced Product Quality Planning process for assigned programs
7. Assist Product Quality Engineer in performance of Supplier Development activities.
8. Actively participate in the Company MBO initiative.
9. Serve as an internal adviser/guide for industry recognized standards
10. Maintain Fast Response Log and monitor activity.
11. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
12. Maintain personal development. Includes off-site meetings, outside of core business hours scheduled by Manager.
    Note: Not eligible for application of "Comp Time. Annual self-evaluation should demonstrate some action on the associates part for personal development related to work function (Quality).

What Will You'll Need?

1. High School Diploma/GED.
2. Two years previous related work experience in automotive manufacturing environment relevant to quality management systems (e.g. auditing: documentation development / control).
3. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
5. Must be detail oriented.
6. Ability to understanding and interpret relevant standards for practical use.
