We are immediately seeking a Clinic Manager for a long-term employment opportunity.
The clinic manager is responsible for keeping oversight on daily operations of the COVID Testing facility. Main operations are all on site but we are planning to set up temporary tent-testing around the Bay Area and would need the clinic manager to manage employees to go to these sites as well.
Duties include:
- Scheduling employees
- Interviewing and hiring employees
- Ensuring employees are properly trained
- Delegating tasks as needed
- May need to manage testing at temporary sites in the area (testing tents)
- Making sure the facility stays clean and safe
- Ensuring employees are compliant in performing their duties
- Managing employees and making sure they are making it to their shifts
- Daily updates to the owner
- Keeping track of inventory and purchasing supplies with the company card as needed
- Performing testing on patients when it gets busy
- Wearing proper PPE (will be provided)
- Ensuring patient confidentiality, greeting and acknowledging patients, and meeting customer service expectations throughout the entire process
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Motivated, communicative, reliable, punctual
- Good communication skills with high standards of professionalism
- Management experience
- Must have own vehicle
- Be able to work any time between 9 AM-7 PM Monday-Saturday & 11AM-5PM Sunday
- No medical license needed; a medical background is preferred, but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay

- Management: 1 year (Required)
