Duties:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in their homes
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient information accurately and timely

Skills:
- Strong clinical skills in medical imaging, dementia care, neonatal ventilator, mammography, dermal fillers, and toddler care
- Ability to provide compassionate and personalized care to patients of all ages, including children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in health coaching and patient education
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
