Position Overview: As an Office Administrator with Marketing Skills, you will be integral to the smooth functioning of our office operations while also contributing to our marketing initiatives and proposal development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, proficiency in administrative tasks, a strong grasp of marketing concepts including Google Analytics and SEO, and outstanding written communication skills for crafting compelling proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing office logistics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies, utilizing SEO techniques, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools to enhance our online presence and reach.
- Develop engaging written content for marketing materials such as website copy, blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and prepare high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and other business opportunities.
- Input data and generate reports.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and tailor proposals to meet their requirements effectively.
- Ensure that all proposals and marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and style.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Experience in preparing proposals or similar documents, with a track record of successful submissions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
