Job Posting for Coordinator at S.I. Art Projects

We are looking for a full time Coordinator with strong ties to the art world. We want a dedicated employee that is looking to help our fine art logistics company grow and thrive. We are a small business and once the Coordinator has established themselves as an asset to the company there is definitely room to grow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Function as a client-facing representative of the company
  • Oversee job scheduling and job estimates when requested
  • Field phone calls and emails from clients regarding scheduling, billing and any other inquiries
  • Invoice clients and manage receivables (Quickbooks knowledge required)
  • Compose bi-weekly employee payroll
  • Manage office operations
  • Work with accountants to manage internal financial processes and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

  • Gardena, CA 90249: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
