CPM Scheduler

S&ME, provides construction inspection services, planning, environmental, and design, for traditional and alternative delivery transportation projects, from concept through construction, and is seeking a full-time CPM Scheduler to join our Construction Services team in Raleigh, North Carolina.
What You Will Do:
As a CPM Scheduler, you will perform reviews of contractor-submitted baseline schedules, periodic schedule updates, and schedule revisions for compliance with the specifications and overall reasonableness. Assess delays/improvements to contractual milestones. Develop and/or review change orders and time extension requests. Assist with the development and/or analysis of post-construction delay analyses. Provide schedule development and update services for contractors. This position requires up to 25% US domestic travel.
Who You Are:
- You have a Bachelor's (or foreign degree equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- You have 5 years of experience as a provider of schedule development and/or review services on vertical and/or horizontal construction projects
- You have demonstrated experience in: Primavera P6; Microsoft Project or Phoenix Project Manager; non-technical audience presentations; construction plans and specifications interpretation; and Microsoft Office Suite
- You have a valid driver's license
- You have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE
