We recruit top talent and are currently seeking an experienced Planner/Project Manager to join our Placemaking team in Orlando, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, writing, plan development, mapping, public meeting facilitation and presentations for public and private sector clients;
- Assist in the management of projects and budgets, meeting project deadlines, and the delivery of successful, profitable projects;
- Work cooperatively with other professionals, project managers, group leaders, and others, as needed, to develop and maintain production systems and quality control measures that ensure technical excellence;
- Maintain a positive image within their local geographic area or within their specific market sector to help build a positive company brand with name recognition in their field of work.
Qualifications:
- A commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and Placemaking;
- A Bachelor's degree in Planning or related field is required; a master's degree is preferred;
- AICP certification is preferred;
- Four (4) or more years of progressive experience in Planning;
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Candidate will have excellent communication skills, including written, oral and listening, with good interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work and interface well in a collaborative project team environment;
- Ability to interact positively and effectively with people in all levels of organizations.
