Project Administrator

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Administrator to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
What You Will Do:
As the Project Administrator committed to contributing to the success of our company and its employees, has great time management and strong organizational skills, and can work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities such as:
- Streamline client onboarding and paperwork
- Organize project data for audits and oversee document control
- Prepare materials for presentations and reports
- Manage certificates of insurance and project efforts
- Verify the accuracy of employee reports and timesheets
- Report issues to project managers or management
- Coordinate records management for field staff
- Handle client-required reporting, programs, and fleet-related tasks
- Support client invoicing and lab activities through accurate data entry
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including advanced experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and accounting software
- Advanced and workable knowledge of contract terms, including hourly, lump sum, and not-to-exceed, and how they are applied and administered in the billing process
- Knowledge of the project structure in a client/consultant business environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business or Accounting
- Knowledge of BST or other accounting platforms
