Partnership Specialist

We are looking for a team member that will flourish in our creative and inspiring environment, working alongside some of the best and brightest. Sabre is seeking a Partnership Specialist. This individual will be tasked building relationships with all stakeholders in programs, reaching out to establish relationship with new team members to learn about their needs, project to ensure their success. 

Dutuites to include:

• Research and assist with preliminary outreach and information gathering
• Collaborate with staff on partnerships mapping and follow up strategies
• Analyzes and develops client solutions with team.
• Manage special projects as needed
• Manage communication and outreach with our clients on a daily basis.
• Handle requests from clients and create solutions for each request
• Prepares documentation, reports and other deliverables for client approval.
• Participates in planning of project and is responsible for all tasks delegated by managers

Minimum Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
• At least one (1) year experience in project management, outreach, business development or activating partnerships
• Self-motivated, works independently, takes initiative, possesses creative problem-solving skills and willingness to offer suggestions for improvement tenacity to drive problems to resolution.
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
