Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Requirements for Success in Your Role:
Serves as a central link of communication between SACHS, patients, medical staff and the general public. Answers calls in a high call volume environment. Responds to information and messaging requests for the entire SACHS organization. The call center is critical point of communication serving our patients, our community and our staff. Excellent customer service is required. Makes appropriate decisions, reasoning, and problem solving to address messaging of providers related to patient care.
Education and Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical terminology and additional studies in business preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service, preferably within a call center. Medical terminology a plus. As a requirement of this position you must receive EPIC certification for the module you have been hired into.
Preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Must be able to work in the U.S. legally. We are unable to sponsor H1B Visa's.
