Job Details

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels with a focus on email marketing and SEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing tactics, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in increasing brand preference, driving website traffic, and generating leads through effective online strategies.

Hybrid Schedule - Hybrid: 3 days in the office, Tues, Wed, Thursday - Mon & Friday work from home.

Required:

  • Mid Level candidates 3 years with enterprise experience backgrounds using the below systems and platforms fluently.
  • Priority is email marketing, then salesforce marketing.
  • Ensure candidates have this experience extensively
  • Experience implementing proper email marketing abiding by privacy rules, laws, and regulations.
  • Ensure extensive knowledge
  • Looking for someone who is hands on, building the emails out in the system, using salesforce, email marketing with privacy regulation experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL)
  • Knowledge of leading SEO/SEM in revenue driving eCommerce environments more project management.
  • Bachelors degree is a MUST have! Masters is a plus.

Role:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, increase brand preference, and generate leads.
  • Create emails campaigns from start to finish in collaboration with business owners, copy writers, visual designers, and data teams.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end campaign processes including building, designing, testing and execution of campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize email content quality to improve opens, clicks, conversion or other relevant KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO recommendations and integrate SEO best practices into website development and content creation processes.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and external agencies, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
