Sales Representative

Primary Goal: The Sales Representative’s primary goal is to increase sales of Sadie’s products through multiple retail outlets. The success of this job will be highly tied to the work ethic of the sales associate.

Duties:

• Provide the Director of Sales with updates of stocked products.
• Handle communication between distributors and Director of Sales.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
• Visit retail stores on a daily basis, and while visiting stores, take pictures and keep logs of all Sadie’s products.
• Order new product inventory as needed.
• Conduct product reviews with all distributors.
• Provide useful feedback to the Director of Sales and COO.
• Fulfill online ordering when necessary.
• Become knowledgeable in the manufacturing and distribution of all Sadie’s products.
• Maintain inventory of all product on hand.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups
• Conduct on and off-premise samples as specified by Director of Sales.
• Handle day-to-day emails, comments, complaints, and questions.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales roles
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow you to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients
• Technical sales experience is preferred, as it will enable you to understand and explain complex products or services to customers
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• DSD Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Grocery store: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
