Job Description :
In this role, you will take part in a Branch Manager training program that provides a clearly defined career path to managing your own branch and team.
You will be working alongside current branch leadership to oversee the overall growth and quality of the branch, assist with management of profit and loss (P&L), management of employees and customer retention, ensure the quality of service to our customers is unmatched.
Relocation may be required.

What to Expect :
You will mentor all branch employees in skills, responsibilities, and opportunities to grow in their careers. You will build relationships with employees to include but not limited to training, scheduling, customer interaction, discipline, and incentives.
You will also interact with our customers to help determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate the value of the services provided.
Qualifications : Required :
Required :
- 2 years of operations, branch management, or other types of leadership experience.
- Customer facing and sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
Preferred :
- Previous pest control experience.
- Being licensed in pest control.
Requirements :
- You must have a current valid driver's license.
- You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.
