Job Summary
Safari Leather seeks an Office Coordinator to assist with the budgeting process, financial reporting, operations management, and business building activities.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Designs and implements forms for use within the office by applying knowledge of software applications and updates as needed.
- Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information, purging files on a regular basis and creating a new filing system as needed.
- Maintains office calendar and schedules meetings and appointments as needed.
- Provide administrative support (client correspondence, calendar, booking travel, processing expenses) for the management team
- Serve as first line of response for internal inquiries and client related matters
- Assist management with event planning: invitations, caterers, rentals, tracking client participation, check, supporting RSVP and guest list management.
- Coordinate specialist and executive visits to the region.
- Manage general office operations
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree or above preferred.

Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to compile and analyze data, draft reports, presentations and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues and clients.
- Can stay organized and complete multiple tasks while keeping a customer-first mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
