Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing sales, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the roofing industry. As the Roofing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners.
· Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing and project completion.
· Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Development:
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitors, market conditions, and industry standards.
· Expand the company’s market presence and drive business development initiatives.
Sales Operations:
· Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
· Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Training and Development:
· Stay updated on the latest roofing products, technologies, and industry best practices.
· Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing sales.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Fully Bilingual
Knowledge:
