Reporting to our VP of Finance, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to engage in a broad spectrum of financial activities within a fast-paced and exciting growth environment. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, high energy, analytical, and motivated to support the business in any way necessary, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to solve complex financial problems.
What you would do...
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Analyze financial data and trends to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data. Contribute to the development of financial models for forecasting and business planning.
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic decision-making. This includes variance analysis, cost analysis, and the evaluation of investment opportunities.
Operational Support: Provide financial and analytical support for operational initiatives. Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and assist in the development of solutions to meet those needs.
Technology-Driven Solutions: Employ advanced financial software and technology tools to enhance financial reporting and analysis. Stay abreast of the latest technological trends in finance and recommend tools and processes that can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What you need...
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience that includes relevant financial experience
- Advanced MSOffice capabilities
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in solving financial problems

This position is based in our office in St Louis Park, MN. Because we are in the early stages of building our Corporate team, we have found it valuable to be together in the office Monday-Thursday, and most of us work remotely on Fridays. We all have flexibility to work remotely on ad hoc days as personal demands arise.
