The Client Service Consultant is responsible for program management and excellency of order execution for top tier clients. The Consultant primarily responsible for end to end process for new orders, reorders and any change requests. The Consultant provides solution recommendation to the clients acting as SME on product offerings and technology solutions. The Consultant typically manages relationship with one or more high value/high volume clients.
Responsible for all transactional tasks associated with end to end order process. This includes processing new orders, reorders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Subject matter expert with highly developed knowledge of promotional product and solutions. Provides consulting to clients to address their needs and ensures that proposed solutions meet client’s expectations and address client’s business needs. Collaborates with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising on non-standard proposals.
Provides client updates on delivery status and troubleshoots any delivery issues as they arise. Escalates to management as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
HS/GED and 4 years or Tech Cert and 2 years
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: HS/GED
4 years Customer Service, consulting with clients
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older

Hourly: $26.00 - $26.00_
