Are you a detail-oriented leader with a knack for project management?
We're looking for an experienced Finance Project Leader to join our team in Ocoee, FL
(30 hours per week)
The Project:
This exciting project focuses on onboarding new vendors to manage our company's debt collection services for debtor accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the vendor onboarding process
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet project goals
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years experience leading and managing projects (finance or similar field preferred)
- Experience with technology and project management tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a plus)
