Essential Activities:
- Monitor associate progress during training
- Identifies trends and provides recommendations on program effectiveness
- Creates, prepares and maintains training effectiveness documents including fact sheets and quizzes
- Coaches trainees as appropriate on policies and performance
- Sets performance expectations for new hires and associates
- Assists the training team with the development and administration of training classes
- May facilitate training following the guidelines outlined in the Training Leader Guide
- Maintains and distributes rewards to trainees based on eligibility
- Respond to feedback received on Safelite University, the contact center's online learning system
- Other duties assigned by leadership
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft office based applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adjust to a fast-paced work environment.
