The Contact Center Training Coordinator assists the trainers in facilitating training and related administrative duties.

Essential Activities:

  • Monitor associate progress during training
  • Identifies trends and provides recommendations on program effectiveness
  • Creates, prepares and maintains training effectiveness documents including fact sheets and quizzes
  • Coaches trainees as appropriate on policies and performance
  • Sets performance expectations for new hires and associates
  • Assists the training team with the development and administration of training classes
  • May facilitate training following the guidelines outlined in the Training Leader Guide
  • Maintains and distributes rewards to trainees based on eligibility
  • Respond to feedback received on Safelite University, the contact center's online learning system
  • Other duties assigned by leadership

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office based applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adjust to a fast-paced work environment.
