We have peer-reviewed results showing an average of 40% fewer falls and 80% fewer ER visits from falls for communities currently using the system. We've raised capital from top VC firms including Foundation Capital, Eclipse, DCVC, and Founders Fund, including most recently $40m series B financing in October 2021 led by Omega Healthcare. Your Role at SafelyYou
We're looking for a multi-talented Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You're passionate about engaging digital communities through a variety of channels and mediums to produce results. Social media is woven into all you do. You love creating videos for a variety of uses and seeing how each performs. You're a wiz with words across multiple platforms, understanding and targeting each unique audience and persona. But you also want to make a real difference with your work.
This role will partner with paid media to deliver cohesive campaigns across all of our marketing initiatives, from the website to landing pages to social media to webinars and beyond. You'll also partner with the Communications Manager to develop and implement our content marketing strategy to increase engagement, grow our community base, explore and test new creative concepts, and measure, report, and optimize campaigns. You have proven experience delivering a wide variety of campaigns and are current on each platform's latest features and tools. Our social media channels are up and running, but you're excited to take them to a new level by incorporating video, utilizing new tactics and approaches, and engaging in the conversations and industry news happening in our communities. We have considerable content at your disposal now, with so much in the queue for development.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications Manager to develop content marketing and social media marketing strategies and plans
- Partner with Marketing Automation Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, Designer, and rest of the marketing team and potentially others across the company to develop content (imagery, copy, video, etc.) and launch and optimize multichannel campaigns
- Explore and implement technologies and services to build our communities and engage our audiences
- Develop video content using existing footage and plan and produce new content
- Apply content marketing and social media best practices and test new ideas to maximize campaign performance and drive results
- Develop content marketing testing plans and monitor and report on results to improve engagement, integrating with the CRM platform to track conversion along the sales pipelines
- Manage content marketing calendar to support overall marketing plan and build and execute campaigns on schedule in an organized, efficient manner
- Recommend process enhancements to enable efficiency, scale, and quality
- Be the voice of SafelyYou across all social media platforms by actively monitoring and engaging with our communities and industry activity and news
- Work with teams across the company to support their social media needs and engage employees to support our company social media initiatives
- Share overall social media activity with the company and develop consistent overall activity and campaign reporting
- Track campaign progress, present performance metrics, and execute experiments with strategies on all platforms
- Willingness to support the marketing team and others within the company on other project initiatives to support reaching our team and company goals

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years experience with content and/or social media marketing, specifically as a Content Specialist, Social Media or Community Manager, or equivalent
- Passionate about SafelyYou's mission and our technology and services
- Knowledge of the senior living industry to engage with communities as the voice of SafelyYou
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Video creation and editing capabilities, hands-on or oversight/management
- Familiarity with social media listening, monitoring, and overall management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to learn, along with professional drive
- Proactive about anticipating and addressing issues before they arise
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to deliver on multiple time-sensitive projects at a time and balance competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to wear many hats, manage ambiguity, and apply problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships
- Hands-on proficiency managing social media campaigns and communities, including in native platforms, through publishing software such as HubSpot, and/or using an overall social media management tool such as HootSuite
- Current knowledge of major social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and social media best practices
- Comfortable with G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Monday.com (or similar project management tool such as Asana), HubSpot, Slack, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Desire to explore, research, learn, adapt, and share other technologies and tools as needed
- Friendly, fun, and collaborative addition to the team to motivate, encourage and support in all we accomplish together
- Start-up mentality with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves style
- Willingness to travel occasionally - up to 10% of the time - ideally with your own vehicle
