Job description
- Production and Lean support for the Liberty facility
- Research and development for building support projects
- Process design through common methods, such as tooling, instructions and equipment
- Tooling and process equipment design
- Prototype and test procedure design for new manufacturing processes and improvements
- Facility and workstation layout
- Support SAFRAN requirements for sustaining Lean efforts in the Liberty Facility
- Support for resolution of safety and QRQC actions in the plant
- Creation and maintenance of work instructions when needed
- Assistance with monitoring and maintenance of labor standards and reporting
- Other duties as assigned.
Job requirements
- Pre-graduated, BSIE, or Process Engineering degree
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering documents.
- Experience with CAD software. Preferably Auto Cad
- Must have strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.
