What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class Action Litigation position at SAFREST?
Safrest Resources is currently conducting research to identify a qualified candidate to join our dynamic class actions litigation team. We are specifically seeking an associate who demonstrates a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state/federal class action practice, coupled with a broader background in commercial litigation.
This firm boasts a comprehensive, cutting-edge, and cross-functional class action practice, welcoming candidates with diverse experiences in areas such as consumer, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities, and more.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited university and Bar Admission in California
- District court or appellate court clerkship experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including researching and drafting motions and briefs, actively participating in all aspects of discovery, and managing cases and clients.
Salary Range: $250,000 to $400,000 Full Benefits Package
