We are seeking an experienced full-time ADMINISTRATOR at Sage Rehabilitation Hospital in Lafayette, LA!
The Administrator is responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program. They are accountable for budgeting, program growth, Human Resources management, expense management, program development, quality and outcome improvement and productivity management in an interdisciplinary fashion.
The Administrator is a role model for adherence to The Carpenter Health Network policies, procedures, communication and serves as the "face" of the hospital.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Clinical Specialty
- Master’s degree of Equivalent in Management or Healthcare related field preferred
- Clinical background and license preferred
- Minimum of five years’ experience in leadership level position in a hospital
- Current knowledge of trends and regulations in health care
- Complies will all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices
- Understanding of financial reports
- Previous experience as a hospital CEO/Administrator or executive director preferred
- Rehab and/or Skilled Nursing experience required
