FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE - HYBRID - METRO ATLANTA
Job Summary
Premier Safety is looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive business development and sales initiatives across the greater Metro Atlanta region. This role is essential in expanding market share, aligning sales and marketing strategies, and enhancing visibility through various channels. Premier Safety is an industry leader in the sales, leasing, and service ofhead-to-toe personal protection equipment (PPE), technical safety products and facility management solutions that cover all safety and workplace needs.
Responsibilities
Leading technical solutions and expanding share to adjacent spaces and markets
Aligning sales and marketing initiatives such as promotions, seasonal campaigns, and vendor collaborations
Leveraging affiliated distributor (AD), eCommerce, and digital solutions to enhance visibility
Managing inventory and logistics to support the sales strategy and ensure high fill rates
Overseeing turnaround and quality of PTS rental, service, and repair
Standardizing processes for improved customer experience
Implementing and leading sales strategies to expand market share
Aligning sales and marketing efforts with company initiatives
Leveraging digital and eCommerce solutions to enhance brand visibility
Managing high-caliber field service technicians and ensuring quality service delivery
Standardizing processes for a consistent and improved customer experience
Driving business development and strategic coverage across the Midwest region
Supporting enterprise solutions and capturing 'annuity' spend in target markets
Specializing in select categories to provide 'best in class' products and services
Requirements
A strong background in technical solutions and strategic growth
Safety PPE and Instrumentation outside sales experience
Expertise in inventory management, logistics, and field service operations
Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and technical solutions
Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting software, and eCommerce platforms
