We have an immediate openings for Associate Liaison. The Associate Liaison position is a performance-based position. The Associate Liaison is a support position responsible for daily activities associated with printing and mailing paper claims to payers on behalf of Sagility providers. This is an entry level position for someone looking for a career in Health Care Revenue Cycle Services. The primary focus of the Billing Liaison is to review claims for completeness, print necessary claim and documentation required for submission to payers, and to meet performance-based goals.

Responsibilities:
� Review, scan and route incoming mail, faxes and other correspondence to the right department.
� Prepare and mail required volume of claims in a COVID-controlled office setting.
� Identify any missing documents that prevent the claim from being sent out daily, and document the shortcomings to the Lead Operator.
� Navigate different patient accounting systems to view accounts and complete billing processes.
� Document activities with clear notes for each account.
� Communicate with the Lead Operator and Team Leaders daily to retrieve any missing documentation.
� Prepare outgoing mail to be sent each day.
� Batch and scan incoming mail/faxes offshore.
� Prepare and stamp outgoing mail with correct postage by client.
� Follow work place rules such as attendance, break and lunches, and productivity/quality measures.
� Demonstrate professional behavior and respect towards fellow team members, team leaders, management and overall organization.

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Attendance-No Missed Time
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Word
- Problem solving skills
- Flexibility in schedule availability for Hours of Operation
