Description
SAIC is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) located at Ford Island on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
The successful candidate provides logistical expertise in support to the PWC and exercises supported in the in the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AoR).
Responsibilities/Duties are as follows:
- Provide Logistical expertise to include Policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones
- Provides skills required to successfully manage property accountability, receipt and change document processes, and inventory processes.
- Serves as Administrative/Logistics Professional while Reviewing, coordinating, monitoring, and providing interface with staff counterparts and other service components
- Monitors day-to-day ongoing J730 logistics planning activities and prepares coordination documents
- Provides the interface with J02HQ2 logistics Office regarding logistics initiatives planning and J701 front office on all administrative actions.
- Composes reports on pertinent administration and logistics issues and activities as required
- Serves as administrative Support POC for USINDOPACOM events/exercises
- Serves as Alternate POC for logistic coordination's during USINDOPACOM events/exercises
- Supports the preparation and management of critical communications/correspondence
- Successfully Initiates, processes, and tracks personnel actions/tasks
- Helps to maintaining multiple exercise and internal battle rhythm calendars
- Establishes, organizes, and manages files, documents, and records for USINDOPACOM exercises
- Must be able to support additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Required Qualifications
- Uses critical thinking skills to compile, track, and analyze relevant information
- Experience with Microsoft TEAMS
- Must be detail oriented.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
- Must possess and show examples of strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Clearance:
Candidates must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
