SAIC is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to work onsite with our customer at MARFORCYBER, Ft. Meade, MD.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support all-source intelligence production and analysis related to offensive and defensive operations across the full spectrum of cyberspace services.
- Prior experience using existing open-source analytic methodologies to apply specialized tools and capabilities in support of onsite customers mission space.
- Possess fundamental understanding of analytical equipment and tools to include open-source intelligence (OSINT) platforms.
- Conduct analytic research, analyze and support Government production of formal threat assessments, and the consolidation of findings to prepare response to intelligence Requests for Information (RFI).
- Knowledge of open-source information sources and excellent internet research skills.
- Support Government integration of OSINT utilizing both the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace Process and military intelligence doctrine support to the Joint Targeting Process.
- Experience in the preparation of comprehensive written reports, presentations, and charts based on research, collection, and analysis of data.
- Participate in analytic exchanges with higher and adjacent headquarters as required, including USCYBERCOMs Joint Operations Center (JOC), Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) DODIN, adjacent Service Component Headquarters, and other Joint Force Headquarters Cyber, and the broader intelligence community.
Qualifications
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Required skills:

Must have at least five (5) years of military intelligence experience and have related experience in these areas:
- Experience integrating intelligence disciplines, specifically OSINT.
- Prior experience using existing open-source analytic methodologies to apply specialized tools and capabilities.
- Be able to provide analysis and production of formal threat assessments.
- Must have hands on experience using link analysis and other analytical techniques to visualize relationships.
- Preparation of intelligence requests for information.
Clearance requirement:

Must have an active TS/SCI w/CI poly.
Desired experience:
- Experience with the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace process and the Joint Targeting Process.
