- Assist senior project managers in planning, organizing, and executing IT projects, ensuring adherence to project goals, objectives, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Assist in coordinating project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a Business - BIT/MIS.
- Must be IRS cleared
- Strong passion for project management and a desire to develop a career in IT project management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
