Description
- Manage technical writing tasks and maintain all ABM documentation and knowledge bases.
- Manage the creation, editing and storage of training materials, presentations, and resources of the ABM application, ensuring a smooth transition to new features and functionality.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and training facilitators on instructional design to ensure training content is relevant and aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage access to learning delivery systems such as the sandbox and provide technical support when necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for training participants, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback analysis.
- Stay up to date with Learning and Delivery best practices and emerging trends in the industry to enhance the organization’s learning strategy.
- Contribute to the implementation, improvement and maintenance of knowledge management processes and tools.
- Adopt established workflows to ensure learning knowledge is disseminated.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements specific to the Acquisition Budget Management (ABM) application.
- Documentation and Specification
- Produce clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications based on gathered requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

- Work closely with solution architects and developers to translate business requirements into actionable design elements for the ABM application.

Qualifications
It is required that the ServiceNow Knowledge Manager - Acquisition Budget Management (ABM) has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in knowledge management, requirements analysis and documentation.
- Secret clearance.
- ServiceNow experience: Experience with the ServiceNow platform, including familiarity with ServiceNow modules.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in DCSA.
- Prior experience in ABM Tool.
- ServiceNow Certifications.
Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
