Description
SAIC is seeking an Lead Systems Integrator to provide SETA support to SAIC’s Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NRO’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.
The Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) will lead and support multiple different efforts across the team, providing prioritized technical and acquisition expertise to enable mission success in new and innovative ways. You will work side-by-side with program leadership and staff comprised of world class System Engineers, Systems Architects, Integration and Domain Experts providing integration solutions across the program and company.
Responsibilities to include:
- Actively drive and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges and communicate solutions to Customer and Corporate leadership
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direct support to programs on architecture development, development approaches, interface closure and integration and deployment methodologies
- Drive collaboration, situational awareness and understanding across the team, SPOs, Directorates and Organizations
- Lead and oversee in-depth reviews and analysis of program/project plans
- Conduct executive level presentations and written reports
- Identify, document, and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and escalation.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- Familiarity with IC and/or DoD space architectures, systems, and/or operations
- Strong organizational, time-management, and verbal / written communication skills; able to convey information across multiple customer and corporate audiences
- Demonstrated successful performance in IT, Computer Application and/or Space systems integration
- Capability to adapt to fluid situations and prioritize taskings in a dynamic environment.
