We are looking for candidates passionate about craftsmanship, teamwork, and delivering user capability to join SAIC supporting the Air Force weather community on the Technology Application Development & Sustainment (TADS) contract.
The successful candidate will provide hands on network engineering expertise with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewall.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following characteristics:

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience or 13 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Preferred Qualifications:

Qualifications

- Ability to install, configure, and manage network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls
- Advanced Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems and Administration
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Experience performing network monitoring and network traffic optimization
- Must have good communication skills, readily and agreeably work in a team environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, Theory of Constraints)
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have active TS/SCI Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA Security , Network , CSSLP, or equivalent
