Description
SAIC is currently hiring a remote Scrum Master to support the LITES II program.
Job Duties:
- Plans, organizes, chairs, and tracks all Agile ceremonies for development team.
- Writes user stories and acceptance criteria in coordination with client.
- Manages Jira tickets through workflows.
- Generates reporting on work in progress.
- Prepare written reports, publications, and presentation models
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and five (5) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
Required Security Clearance:
- Must have a secret clearance
Required Skills:
- Experience as a scrum master
- Scrum master certification
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication
- Ability to prepare written reports, publications, and presentation models
- Experience with information technology systems
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment using a variety of tools
- Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities
