Description
SAIC is looking for full time Senior Program Analyst to provide support to the PMA 242, Direct and Time Sensitive Strike Program Office.
This will be an onsite position located in Arlington, VA. Travel every other month will be required.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process to provide input with the optimal mix of forces, equipment, and support attainable, within the established fiscal year, to meet fleet requirements
- Liaison with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Joint Staff positions and providing senior leadership with decision briefings.
- Determine the impact of warfighting gaps on Navy Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD) missions, the current and future technology capabilities to address these gaps, and the priority of capability requirements to close the gaps within funding constraints.
- Provide effective communications with elected, appointed, contracted and Government service personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of long and short term weapons investment strategies in accordance with broad agency policies and objectives.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- MS or MA degree from an accredited college or university in Business Management or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of an active Top Secret clearance is required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10 years of recent and relevant experience
- Experience working with NAVAIR programs
- Previous experience with Weapons programs preferred
