Description
SAIC has an opportunity for TS/SCI cleared Systems Engineer supporting United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Fort Gordon, GA.
Job Duties:
- Support tasks and activities in support of a global production exploitation and dissemination converged infrastructure supporting the INSCOM for the TTC server and client hardware, software, applications and services.
- Perform tier III system integration, administration on a multi-level security system.
- Perform all technical support and O&M activities for TTC/TGS systems and infrastructure
- Recommend courses of action to address any identified deficiencies or shortfalls
- Update and maintain as-built TTC/TGS systems/server configuration and connectivity drawings, diagrams and documentation, and publish semi-annually
- Develop and submit a TTC/TGS Administration Monthly Status Report
- Maintain all databases required by the system and user base.
- Support all daily system maintenance activities to maintain 24/7, 365 days/year system and services availability IAW INSCOM guidance and local policies.
- Perform all repair, patch, fix or replacement of existing hardware and software.
- Build, maintain and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of all suites and infrastructure required for the production system, development environments, exercise and training environments on GFE to include network, hardware and services.
- When outages or emergencies occur, provide prioritized service restoration to hardware/software designated by the appointed government representative.
- Linux operating systems and VMWare support experience required
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelors Degree with five (5) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
Required Skills:
- Experience with PCOIP and Teradici devices
- Experience conducting system accreditation of classified DoD systems
- Experience with software tools eMASS, XACTA IA Manager, Assured Compliance Assessment Solutions (ACAS) Security Center, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) Compliance Checker (SCC), DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
- Demonstrated strong organizational and creative problem solving skills
Required Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain TS/SCI CI Poly
Required Certifications:
- DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification
- MS Server
- Linux (recommended)
- VCP (recommended)
