Description
SAIC Naval Business Unit is seeking a qualified MOC Command, Control, and Communications (C3) Training Analyst at Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), Suffolk, VA to support their Operational Level of War / Maritime Operations Center (OLW / MOC) Requirements and Force Development Branch. Work will be performed on site.
Support will include a broad range of technical services to address wholeness gaps and OLW manpower, personnel, training and education (MPT&E) issues across the range of OLW/ MOC activities. The candidate will work MPT&E and capability assessment issues to develop solutions in the areas of operational planning, operational assessment, maritime targeting, and the integration of kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities.
This opportunity is contingent upon contract award in Spring 2023.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Ten (10) years' experience with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
- Five (5) years experience in the Navy Information Warfare (IW) community as a MOC/carrier strike group IW officer or senior enlisted.
- Experience working in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) Environment
- Demonstrated experience in the operational employment of Navy C2, BA, or cyber warfare systems and networks
- Possess working knowledge of DoD IT systems and network certification, and accreditation processes to include security authorization agreements
Required Clearance:
- Current DoD Top Secret , must be TS/SCI eligible
- U.S. citizen
