Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology-Saint Anthony Hospital, Chicago
Physician shall provide administrative and leadership services to the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Physician’s time will be allocated to both administrative and clinical duties.
Physician will be responsible for planning and executing initiatives and training programs that will result in highest quality outcomes and maintain a safe and low risk environment for obstetrical and gynecological care.
Physician will be responsible for working with hospital leaders to maintain and grow the obstetrical and gynecological volume.
Physician shall manage all provider related issues in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department.
Physician shall ensure adequate coverage for the department as well as create, maintain and monitor all provider schedules in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department.
Physician shall conduct department meetings, attend Leadership meetings as prescribed by the Leadership.
Physician shall maintain a teaching environment for medical students and residents and give lectures to medical students.
Physician shall be a collaborative MD for CNMs/APNs if needed.
Physician shall work with discipline leaders to review patient satisfaction reports and make a plan to address any areas of potential improvement
