What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst, Operations position at Saint Francis Health System?
Job Summary: Coordinates the financial aspects of SFHME. Analyzes, reports and makes recommendations to management for each departments financial performance. Participates in preparation, implementation and monitoring of capital and operational budgets.
Directs SAP and Brightree initiatives and services as it relates to SFHME finances. Maintains company licenses, permits, certifications and compliance with all Medicare and accrediting body regulations. Collaborates with department managers for improving financial performance of the company.
Education: Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None.
Work Experience: Experience in financial systems, PC based spreadsheets, Healthcare/ Home Medical Equipment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to utilize computer applications as required for producing reports. Ability to be detail and accuracy oriented.
